HR Administrator LinkedIn Profile

A Human Resources Administrator who was looking to refresh her personal branding approached me to update her LinkedIn page. In our conversation and the questionnaire that I sent her, the theme of growth often arose as she spoke about her mission and purpose. Therefore, I redesigned her profile elements with the theme of growth in mind - I created the banner to give a friendly, organic feel and incorporated a soft green colour (which just so happened to be her favourite colour) to give a feeling of empathy and compassion while tying back to the original theme. I also conveyed her passion for employee growth and development in the copy for her profile while including necessary keywords to make her profile more searchable on LinkedIn.
Lastly, I connected each section of her profile to relevant skills that are sought after in her industry.
